I am a residential valuation specialist with a deep understanding of the Norfolk property market. My exclusive focus on residential valuation work means that I am able to provide timely, cost-effective and accurate valuations to each and every client.
Unlike some generalist surveyors, I am a residential surveying and valuation expert. I hold the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. I am an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a RICS Registered Valuer and a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).
My practice is regulated by the RICS.

Unlike some generalist surveyors, I am a residential valuation specialist. That means I spend 100% of my time on valuation work and monitoring the Norfolk property market.
As long as it takes
As an independent surveyor, I’m not working to any targets. I’m more interested in doing a great job. If that means spending more time on site assessing your property, or more time ensuring your valuation is as accurate as it can be, that’s okay with me.

It’s frustrating to book a valuation and then not know what’s going on. I will stay in touch with you every step of the way.

I take real pride in my valuation reports which are written by me, not by a piece of software. My reports are fully RICS Red Book compliant and easy to understand.
In your corner
As an independent, I have no ties to banks, solicitors or estate agents. That means my only interest is making sure you get the impartial advice that you need.
Service beyond the valuation
My service doesn’t stop when I send you the valuation report. I am always happy to discuss the rational for your valuation or to help you better understand the next steps with your property.
